Our Women's Soul Motion™ & Yin Yoga Retreat is a fine-tuned program consisting of different somatic practices which serve us as a source of movement, meditation, creative expression, prayers and for a deeper connection to Nature.

Our Soul Motion™ & Yin Yoga Retreat offers a map for rediscovering our ability of coming into resonance with our breath, our heart beat and all the elements surrounding us. From here, being alive in the present moment, we draw our inspiration for reconnecting to our own truth. We practice and cultivate a deeper level of intimacy with ourselves, others and Nature.
