Our Women's Soul Motion™ & Yin Yoga Retreat is a fine-tuned program consisting of different somatic practices which serve us as a source of movement, meditation, creative expression, rituals, poems, prayers and a connection to nature.
Retreat offerings
Meditation (e.g. at the beach for sunrise)
Yin Yoga, partially accompanied by hand pan (Elena Teixidor | guest teacher)
Kriyas & rituals in the midst of nature (e.g. in a pine forest, at the beach, in the water)
Soul Motion™ (Conscious Dance Practice), partially accompanied by live Percussion and hand pan (Elena Teixidor)
Soundbath-Meditation with crystal bowls & gongs (Jeremie Quidu | guest teacher)
Sometimes, we move to (live) music, sometimes to the sound of nature, sometimes, we are guided, sometimes we move freely - but we are always connected by the intention of cultivating a deeper understanding of the voices in our bodies and our hearts.
