Our shamanic women circle is a gathering to celebrate our self: our femininity, vulnerability, strength, compassion, gratitude and fellowship. Women have been gathering in circles since the beginning of time to share experiences, stories, thoughts, ideas and prayers.

Our circles offer a safe and gentle space for women of all ages and backgrounds to come together and share. Our common intent is to heal and share wisdom. We serve each other by witnessing each other and giving every woman the chance to be seen. We might figure out that listening is more profound than sharing, and that what we have in common is much greater than what separates us.

Mainly based in Düsseldorf, Germany, and Ibiza, we offer Women's Healing Circles with varying topics like self-love, forgiveness, family, friendship, transitions, and more.

Circles are simple in their form, and powerful in their impact. Each Circle takes about two hours.

Together we rise and come into full blossom.

The main components of each Shamanic Circle

(can vary)

  • Welcoming and introduction of the subject

  • Guided meditation

  • Dance meditation

  • Journaling / Writing

  • Sharing

  • Closing

What makes this circle sacred - a few guidelines

Prior to entering the space

We come at least 10 minutes earlier.
Every woman is welcome to dress comfortable and/or ceremonial clothing.
We do not bring our cell phones or we turn them off.
We enter the space either barefoot or with socks.

When entering the space and circle

We refrain from “street talking”.
We dive into a welcoming silence and gentle voices.
We greet each other friendly.
We take approximately 10-15 min. to arrive in ourselves, so we can be as present as possible with each other, in terms of our own circumstances at the given time.

How does “arriving” look like?

As it means to bring our attention to our own self, it is highly individual: e.g. resting, relaxing, moving, writing, meditating.
At this moment we gently and naturally connect with the need of our body and we let our heart speak.

When sharing

We listen and speak to each other with our hearts.
We only speak from the "I," refrain from cross talking, and only speak from our own experience. We don’t discuss or judge someone else’s experience.
We maintain boundaries of the Circle with pride by promising each other confidentiality. This gives us a secure space to tell our truth.

The altar

With each Circle, there is a sacred altar filled with flowers, crystals, and natural elements.
We invite every woman to bring an altar item to build a community and complement our sacred space.

What to bring

  • Item for the altar

  • Comfortable / ceremonial clothing

  • Warm socks (for the winter times)
